At Kirby Systems, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home equipment and hardware. If an item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Your Items

Securely place the product in its original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned hardware, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
